The rear elevation of this home celebrates the massive view towards the west. Notice the nice covered rear porch. This house brings a lot of the elements from houses we’ve built in the past and combines them into a very well thought and laid out package.

Exterior Paint Colors Applied

Last week we painted the exterior of the Townhomes. These beautiful homes are really beginning to take shape. Estimated completion is towards the end of June.
A couple quick edits will take place to perfect the details of the paint.
Stair Detail & Discussion

Travis and I reviewed the layout of the stairs and the .25 wall design for “The Craftsman”.
This will be our entry in the 2011 Parade of Homes. This year the Parade returns to Felida and our Moongate Community subdivision.
